Established in 2009, Gray Cleaning Services (GCS) is a locally owned commercial cleaning company serving businesses throughout Weatherford and the surrounding North Texas communities.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Paul Gray

Owner & CEO

Paul Gray is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington and holds a master’s degree from Tarleton State University. Having called Weatherford home since 1986, Paul has deep roots in the community.

Paul helped establish Gray Cleaning Services in 2009 with a commitment to providing dependable commercial cleaning services and building lasting client relationships. He remains dedicated to growing the company while maintaining the quality, reliability, and personal service clients expect from GCS.

Tami Cline

General Manager

Tami honorably served 24 years in the United States Air Force before retiring from active duty in 2011. Her years of military service reflect a career dedicated to service and commitment.

Tami has called Weatherford home since 2016 and has been a valued member of the Gray Cleaning Services family for over nine years. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates and staying active. As General Manager, Tami takes great pride in supporting the GCS team, overseeing company operations, and helping the business continue to grow and succeed.

Angie Baldwin

Field Operations Manager

Born and raised in Weatherford, Angie has been part of the Gray Cleaning Services team since 2010. Throughout her career with GCS, she has served as a Cleaning Technician, Supervisor, and now Field Operations Manager.

With years of hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the company’s cleaning operations, Angie plays an important role in supporting our cleaning teams, maintaining service standards, and helping ensure our clients receive consistent, dependable service.
